Taheera and Travis’ wedding was one of those days that felt happy and joyful from start to finish. With the ceremony set outdoors with a beautiful green backdrop, surrounded by friends and family, everything had a natural ease to it, which instantly came across on the footage.

The approach to the film was a little more stylised, with the idea to shape the story in two parts: an energetic opening thirty seconds that captures the excitement of the day, followed by a slower, more romantic second half that allows the key moments to breathe. There was a great mix of footage to work with from those high-energy, celebratory shots to the softer, more intimate interactions between them. My role in the edit was to bring that contrast together, building momentum early on before easing into celebration and romance.
